Window Clings take three business days to produce. Please note: orders placed over the weekend will be considered received on Monday; the day that we receive your Window Cling order is considered day one. For very large orders please contact our customer service regarding turnaround times.

How are Window Clings different than decals?

Both are made from vinyl but decals use adhesives to stick to surfaces while Window Clings do not. Window Clings act as suction cups to your window or smooth surface. Because they do not use adhesives, clings are better for short term use, such as promoting current sales or events. Decals are likely a better fit if you plan on leaving it up for a longer period of time.

How do I install my Window Cling?

Window Clings should be applied to clean, dry interior window or similar nonporous surface, such as a mirror or acrylic surface. Simply peel away the lining and spray both the cling and window with water before placing the cling on the window. Window Clings can be used on many smooth, nonporous surfaces including windows and mirrors. It’s highly suggested you use your cling indoors to make it last longer. We are able to print on either side of your cling so that you can use it on an interior window while still displaying it for those who pass by your storefront.

Can I use my Window Cling on a car or truck?

Yes. Window Clings should not be placed on the exterior of a vehicle, but may be used on interior windows.

Should I clean my Window Cling?

Yes. To prolong the life of your Window Cling, use soapy water and a damp cloth to gently wipe the back of it to remove any buildup. Be sure to clean off any excess soap with a damp cloth.

Can I reuse my Window Cling?

Yes. If you plan on reusing your Window Cling, be sure to save the lining it originally came with. When removing your cling, place it directly back on the lining and store it flat with wax paper fully covering both sides. If you didn’t save your original lining, covering both sides with wax paper will work just fine to store your Window Cling until its next use. Avoid folding or rolling up your cling as that may damage it.

What do I do if my Window Cling won’t cling anymore?

If your Window Cling doesn’t seem to have as much cling, try cleaning it with soapy water and rinsing it off well. You can also try rubbing your Window Cling against fleece to increase its clinging power. Also, be sure to use plenty of water when reinstalling.
